She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Minneapolis and her Master's in Human Resources Management in Chicago, IL. From there she lived in SoCal and North Carolina before selling her home, buying a truck and camper, and traveling around the US. After 12 years working as a recruiter for various Fortune 100 companies and several start ups she made the shift into Marketing full-time. When she is not reading she is likely working on her podcast aimed at helping others throughout their career journeys. Stephanie joined the Kase & CO team in 2023. Her passion is to share her knowledge with others to help them in their lives.

When she’s not working on marketing strategies, you can find her diving into a good book or leveling up her characters in DND and video games. Crystal Wildes is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She has over fifteen years of experience working, training, and providing supervision/consultation in a variety of settings, including residential treatment, community mental health, outpatient clinics, non-profit organizations, and private practice. She has worked with individuals and families of all ages, including adjudicated youth, at-risk teens, families involved with social services, and victims of crime. Crystal has specialty areas of trauma recovery, including having been trained in EMDR in 2012, which forever changed her clinical work. She prides herself in being authentic and genuine in her approach to facilitate the learning experience.

Mads is our Training Admin Assistant and is currently residing in Tiohtià:ke (Montréal, Quebec). Mads comes from a background in dance and wellness, having received a BFA in Dance from the University of the Arts located on Lenni Lenape land (Philadelphia, PA). In addition to their dance studies, Mads is an experienced writer and administrator. Currently, Mads is pursuing an MA in English from McGill University with a focus on dance and theatre studies. Mads is passionate about working for companies in wellness and education, and loves using their administrative skills for a company like Kase & Co that does so much incredible work in the mental health industry. In addition to work pursuits, Mads loves watching gymnastics, cuddling with their cats, playing board games, and teaching themselves guitar!

I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with expertise in complex trauma, PTSD, dissociative disorders, and LGBTQIA+ identity development. My diverse background includes collegiate and professional athletics, psychiatric rehabilitation, and private practice. Using a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, I integrate CBT, CPT, and EMDR to support meaningful client transformation. In consultation, I provide practical strategies and insights to enhance trauma-focused care, address complex cases, and promote ethical, client-centered outcomes.

My name is Beth Reynolds (she/her) and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado and Michigan. My story started in rural Northern Michigan where I faced my own challenges with family mental health and addiction. This led me to the work of providing access to quality mental health care, advocating for social justice, and specializing in complex trauma and addiction. My approach with participants of therapy and consultees is personable and human-centered by bringing in my own authenticity and creating a safe space for vulnerability, learning, and fun! I am also fascinated by the brilliance of dissociation, the nervous system, and interpersonal neurobiology and love nerding out about these parts of ourselves. With eight years of experience, I have learned to (inter)weave mindfulness, somatics, EMDR, and traditional talk therapy into a genuine therapeutic relationship. My background includes working in, in-home social work, outpatient/court ordered addiction treatment, community mental health, and private practice. I work with children, teens, and adults. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and CIT as well as a Certified Synergetic Play Therapist. In Michigan, I am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). I am also trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1. As a social worker and self-identified activist, I prioritize necessary conversations and considerations about identity and culture. Not to mention, I am a human too. I love international traveling, training and playing with my wild Border Collie, and reading (way too much non-fiction).

Brandi is a licensed clinical social worker who owns Insight Healing and Wellness, a holistic private practice, where she works with individuals, couples, and groups in both Michigan and California. She specializes in trauma therapy, training new clinicians, and curating wellness events.

Brenda is a licensed clinical social worker, serving clients in both Colorado and North Carolina. As an EMDR Certified Therapist and a Consultant in Training, she is dedicated to nurturing the well-being of those who seek her help through her practice, Gray Space Counseling. Brenda's extensive experience spans various environments, including community mental health, jail-based behavioral health, and private practice, allowing her to connect with a wonderfully diverse range of individuals navigating painful relational injuries.

She is particularly attuned to the complexities of trauma, including adverse childhood experiences, institutional abuse, racial trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. With a heartfelt interest in supporting clients with ADHD, Brenda is passionate about exploring how EMDR can provide healing and insight for neurodivergent individuals. At her core, Brenda believes in the power of creativity, curiosity, and compassion to foster personal growth, self-compassion, and stability.

As an EMDR Consultant in Training, she is enthusiastic about guiding other EMDR therapists as they weave the foundational principles of EMDR therapy with their unique clinical skills. Her aim is to empower therapists to center their practices around their clients, honoring the innate wisdom of the body. Brenda approaches her work with a neuro-informed and somatic lens, integrating Internal Family Systems and EMDR therapy in a way that respects each individual’s journey. She is also deeply committed to integrating anti-racism, anti-oppression, and harm reduction into her therapeutic practice.

Bronwyn Shroyer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Kase & CO Faculty, and Co-Founder of OCD Training School. Her clinical practice focuses on treating those with OCD, OCD+PTSD, and/or infidelity trauma.

Bronwyn is one of the first Inference-based CBT trainers in the world and is trained by I-CBT Co-founder, Dr. Frederick Aardema. In her work with OCD Training School, Bronwyn provides training on OCD and PTSD, in addition to cultivating a training library for OCD and related disorders with both live and on demand courses for clinicians from specialists in the field. In partnership with Dr. Frederick Aardema, she and her OCD Training School co-founders created the world’s first Self Help Course for using I-CBT with OCD.

Bronwyn uses evidence-based treatments such as Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Written Exposure Therapy (WET), and ego-states work in her practice. Bronwyn is an EMDR Approved Consultant and EMDR Certified Therapist. She also provides I-CBT consultation as well as consultation specific to working with comorbid OCD+PTSD symptom presentations.

Chris works to promote social justice by utilizing an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, decolonial, and intersectional approach within their therapeutic work. To promote transparency and share how they navigate the world, Chris is a Latiné, biracial, queer, nonbinary/agender, neurodivergent, fat/larger-bodied person. Chris continues to further their learning and understanding within therapy by centering disabled, queer, transgender, and Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC). Chris also works to promote equity and inclusion alongside leadership at BPOQe through the supervision and consultation services provided. Chris provides services to adults and adolescents working through trauma, dissociation, mood disorders, neurodivergence, chronic health issues, disability, sexual issues, gender identity, LGBTQIA+ issues, racial identity, and grief. Chris offers a compassionate and curious approach with their clients pulling knowledge gained from formal education and training alongside their own lived experience. 

Christine Klem is a licensed clinical social worker based in Lakewood, Colorado. Christine owns a telehealth-only private practice and EMDR consultation business, New Roots Therapy LLC. Christine has worked with diverse populations and ages in New York City and Colorado within private and group practices, outpatient facilities, community mental health programs, schools, career readiness and GED programs, and behavioral health hospitals. Currently, Christine works with adults navigating complex PTSD, anxiety, grief and loss, and the perinatal period. Christine also integrates Ego-State Therapy into her EMDR work and provides EMDR via virtual weekly, extended session, and intensive-style formats. Christine is passionate about EMDR consultation and fosters EMDR community development in Colorado via the Colorado EMDR Therapists Facebook Page. Christina believes in the body's innate wisdom and incorporates body-focused and inner-child interventions into her sessions for a comprehensive, holistic approach to healing. I have been in the field since 2012, working with mostly adolescents and adults in crisis, and individual therapy. My specialty is trauma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of West Virginia and Ohio. I have been working in the field of behavioral health since 1997. For 19 years, my focus was working with troubled and traumatized kids and families in a variety of settings to include residential treatment, treatment foster care, and in home services. in 2016, I expanded my skillset working in outpatient mental health as well as working at a local hospital in their Behavioral Health Unit for crisis stabilization. I was trained by Kase and Co in 2021 in EMDR and later became certified in 2024 through EMDRIA. I have always had a strong passion in clinical consultation and helping others develop their clinical skills. I believe that I can help more people through clinical consultation and enjoy watching clinicians develop their skills and confidence in using those skills. I have recently been interested in seeing how to apply EMDR to sports performance and athlete mental health. .

Elyza is a licensed mental health counselor who has a solo private practice based in Auburn, Massachusetts. I live Andover, MA. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD (and Complex PTSD), and trauma recovery (including developmental trauma) for adult individuals and couples. I have lived in NY, CA, MI, OH, and now MA since I came to the US. I was born and raised in Taiwan and came to the US for an advanced degree in Counseling. I received my Master’s from Syracuse University in 1996. I went back to Taiwan and primarily worked with adult survivors of childhood abuse and domestic violence victims while I was in Taiwan for about six years. I continued my education at Michigan State University and received my PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2008. I have worked with trauma survivors (such as childhood sexual trauma, combat trauma, or intimate partner violence) in different contexts. 

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with a private practice in South Pasadena, California, offering EMDR and trauma focused therapies. I specialize in treating traumas that occur around the time of conception and fertility journey, pregnancy, childbirth and perinatal loss, as well as past traumas that resurface during the perinatal period including childhood trauma and attachment wounds, abuse and neglect, sexual trauma and medical trauma. A large part of my practice is devoted to working with women and birthing people to alleviate distress and PTSD symptoms from previous pregnancy and birth related traumas and to help prepare for fertility treatment, labor, delivery and postpartum adjustment. Jason is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, where he works with individuals, couples, and groups in private practice. He has over 15 years of experience working in the mental health and social services fields. My name is Johanna. I am from Venezuela. I received a bachelors in Teaching English as a second language in Venezuela. There I used to not only teach, but also provide emotional support for teenage students. After a few years of teaching and political unrest, I Moved to the USA. It was here that I learned that I wanted to focus more on supporting latinx teens and their families' mental health. So I went back to school to get a masters in Social Work, with a concentration in Family systems from Denver University. The population I serve are survivors of abuse and neglect in childhood, survivors or Intimate Partner violence, Sexual assault, and trauma related to forced imigration . For a few years I practiced in community mental health. Now I am in private practice providing mental health services in English and Spanish.  Currently I am an EMDR CIT.  I am also trained in Internal family Systems Level 2, and I am a certified Sensorimotor psychotherapist. I use these modalities to support individuals experiencing distress due to complex trauma. I integrate skills from IFS and Sensorimotor in my EMDR practice. My approach in therapy is largely Strength based with a strong emphasis on social Justice.I am passionate about learning new things, and sharing  my knowledge with others.

Julie owns a private practice in CA. Julie specializes in utilizing EMDR with integrative somatic approaches. Julie enjoys working with adults who are experiencing anxiety, life transitions, PTSD and complex trauma. She utilizes EMDR in hourly and extended sessions. Julie is a registered yoga teacher and has additional specialties in polyvagal theory, integrative somatic trauma therapy, structural dissociation, and internal family systems. 

Kari is a Licensed Professional Counselor and owns a private practice based in Colorado and New York State. She is a Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved Consultant. Kari provides virtual EMDR, while integrating IFS and Somatic Therapy for treating C-PTSD. She has training in Somatic EMDR and specializes in working with chronic pain and chronic illness. Karen has experience working with adults and adolescents and owns a group private practice in Lincoln, Nebraska. She specializes in treating complex and attachment trauma in adults and maternal mental health. She uses an embodied approach to treating trauma.

Kathryn is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist located in San Diego, CA, who works in a group private practice, the Heart of the Matter Relationship Counseling. As a therapist, Kathryn offers EMDR, ego state work, and somatic and mindfulness tools to help clients to orient towards and experience safety in the present and in relationship. Kathryn works with individuals and with couples, where she has advanced training in EFCT, Gottman Method, and human sexuality. Kathryn also is a CAMFT-certified supervisor. Kristy is a Clinical Psychologist living in Dallas, Texas. She is the founder of a private practice where she provides both brief and long-term individual psychotherapy for adults. She is an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant in Training.

Kristy has worked as a professor of psychology teaching undergraduate and graduate students. She has provided psychotherapy in both university and community mental health settings. She has also worked as a staff psychologist providing psychotherapy and diagnostic assessments for patients undergoing medical rehabilitation, residents of skilled nursing facilities, and palliative care patients.

Kristy’s background is in existential and relationally focused therapy, and she has enjoyed exploring the intersection of these approaches with neuroscience. She loves introducing clients to EMDR and witnessing its power to transform their relationship to their past and their future. Kristy specializes in working with grief and loss, chronic health concerns, complex trauma, and providing treatment for medical and mental health professionals.

Laura is a licensed mental health counselor and marriage and family therapist. She owns a solo private practice, Expeditions in Motherhood, Inc. in Plantation, FL, where she primarily works with individuals throughout the various stages of their reproductive journey; e.g, reproductive loss, anxiety in pregnancy, postpartum issues, and attachment related issues. She holds a certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and is a consultant-in-training (CIT). Laura previously worked as an adjunct professor and loves "getting messy" with individuals striving to add new knowledge and expertise to their practice. Laura continually reinvests in her own learning journey and has expanded her practice to include Ego State interventions, Heartmath, SPSS, and Brainspotting. 

Liza owns a private practice working with adults located in Massachusetts and Connecticut. She works with adults who experience anxiety and low self-esteem, often as a result of trauma, and may identify as highly sensitive people. Liza works with individuals in hourly sessions as well as extended EMDR sessions. She specializes in working with folks with anxiety, panic, and highly sensitive people. Liza believes that everyone has innate wisdom inside of them and it is just about creating the conditions for folks to be able to tap into it. She weaves in mindfulness, mind-body/somatic practices, the nervous system and parts work into EMDR. Liza sees herself as a learner and is especially interested in polyvagal theory, the mind-body connection, and bottom-up approaches to healing. Minerva Guerrero Ph.D. is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor living in Westchester County, NY. Minerva has worked in outpatient mental health, academia, and private practice. Molly is a licensed professional counselor located in Denver, Colorado. Molly is a therapist, certified life coach and approved EMDR Consultant who owns her private practice, The Healing Enthusiast. I'm Monica Bergnes, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York City with over 12 years of experience, specializing in acute and complex trauma and eating disorders. In my virtual private practice, she offers weekly therapy and Intensive EMDR therapy. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and Consultant in Training, as well as a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Level 1. I also have advanced training in the Flash Technique, am a certified HeartMath practitioner, and offer the Safe and Sound Protocol to support nervous system regulation.

I'm deeply passionate about the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model, which reflects my belief in individual autonomy and the innate ability to heal. I am a clinical social worker in full time private practice for the past ten years. I primarily see clients across the span of their adult lives, and have seen adolescents in the past as well. Prior to working in private practice, I worked at a local VA hospital in the mental health clinic providing therapy to veterans and their family members. I was trained in EMDR in 2016 and have experience working with clients who have various forms of trauma related experiences. I have specialized training working with clients who have complex trauma and dissociative disorders. 

I have been in practice for 11+ years, working with individuals on their mental health and wellness paths. I use EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness in my work with clients 18 years old and upward. My experience ranges from a start in social work case management, in-home and crisis services with a focus on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, implementing therapy in an integrated care clinic, all the way to my private practice today. I integrate ego states and somatic work into my therapy space and follow a relational approach to create a sense of security and openness. I also provide consultation groups and individual consultation to clinicians on their EMDR path and I love teaching and growing with them! I specialize in acute and complex trauma, PTSD, medical issues/trauma, perinatal populations and needs, anxiety, panic disorder, dissociative disorders.

I am a licensed mental health counselor and owner of Mind and Matter Therapy, a solo private practice in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. I also hold licenses in Tennessee and North Carolina and am a Florida qualified supervisor. My proudest accomplishments, however, are my titles as EMDRIA Certified EMDR therapist and Consultant-in-Training. I have also completed advanced training in ego state interventions, Somatic EMDR, EMDR for C-PTSD, emotional freedom techniques (EFT tapping), and EMDR intensives.

I am particularly passionate about treating unresolved attachment wounds as well as trauma adaptations of perfectionism, overachievement, and workaholism. I practice from a polyvagal informed lens and believe in treating every issue on a deep, nervous system level. Combining these neuro-informed interventions with EMDR, I help patients re-parent their younger parts so they can feel safe enough to have corrective experiences in the real world.

My training style emphasizes strengths while building confidence in areas that might feel outside of your comfort zone. I aim to incorporate a scientific understanding of EMDR principles into my training, while making it clinically relevant and easy for both patients and consultees to understand. One of the main reasons I wanted to become a consultant is because I hear so many therapists after basic training say that they’ve had limited opportunities to use EMDR. I remember that feeling well and I am passionate about increasing therapist comfort in using this powerful therapy, even in situations that might surprise you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor™ (RPT-S™) with over 15 years of clinical experience. Specializing in trauma-informed care, I work with children, adolescents, and adults to address trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, emotional regulation, grief, life transitions, adjustment disorders, and attachment challenges.
Born and raised in Southern California, I earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Irvine, followed by a Master of Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles. With experience in community mental health, educationally related mental health services, and private practice, I currently serve as the Clinical Director at a group private practice.
Since 2019, I have been providing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy for adults, adolescents, and children. I have completed advanced training in the integration of play therapy and EMDR and also completed the EMDR Child Specialist Training Certificate Program. I have advanced training in treating trauma, neuropsychotherapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and the integration with EMDR. Additionally, I am a trained and certified Safe and Sound Protocol provider.
I am passionate about EMDR and the Adaptive Information Processing model, and I am dedicated to harnessing the nervous system’s innate capacity for healing. My approach combines clinical expertise with a deep commitment to empowering clients on their journey toward emotional well-being.

Wendy Llamas is a licensed clinical social worker in North Orange County, California.She is an EMDR Certified Therapist and Approved Consultant and the owner of Growing Glimmers Child, Family, Trauma Therapy. Wendy has worked in community-based mental health, school settings, and in child welfare services. It is Wendy’s upbringing and experiences as a first-generation Latina growing up in a community of color that drew her to the helping field. She uses the knowledge she has learned from her own healing journey, along with all of her education and trainings, to offer therapy services that are grounded in the belief that she is not much different from her clients, and will compassionately walk alongside them as they go through their own processes. Wendy is passionate about helping children, their caregivers, and adult women of color break cycles of intergenerational trauma. Through EMDR, parts and attachment work, and a social justice/holistic lens, Wendy helps her clients heal childhood wounds by aiding them in identifying, releasing, and shifting the beliefs and behaviors that might be blocking their ability to fully be the highest version of themselves.
